JLäME
HOW IS JLÄME SUSTAINABLE ?
Each item at JLäME has been thoughfully created by the designer Julie to make you feel unique.
Unique and handmade to order. Which means that they are no identical item nor stock.
The fabric used for each item comes from deadstocks from big couture houses / factories / and/ or recycled material like Denim. JLäME sources and purchases all the fabrics locally in France in small quantities to minimise the waste of fabrics and carbon footprint.
It may be that some items are made out of fabric that the designer found while travelling around the world.
For each item you will know where the fabric has been sourced.
Each item is made in a limited edition and is numbered. To offer a real exclusivity, JLäME certifies that not more than 10 pieces per model and color will be produced.
By proposing limited edition items, JLäME wants you to be part of an exclusive family that focus on the designwork, quality, durability and authenticity of a wearable piece of art.
JLäME is not about fast fashion. No items are pre made. By buying at JLäME you help us fight the fast fashion industry and support a small business managed by one girl, the designer herself Julie Prévost.
JLäME wants you to feel good in your clothes at any occasion and any time of the day/night, therefore each item is wearable day or night. All items are mix and matchable which makes it the perfect wardrobe. Because JLäME is about slow fashion, JLäME takes the time to focus on the quality and on the perfect fit for each item.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ?
Every Item is handmade to order by Julie in her atelier in Paris, therefore please allow 1-2 weeks for the making and delivery of your item. The waiting time depends on the chosen item, order demand at the time and which country you are ordering from.
An email confirmation along with an estimated delivery date is sent upon reception of an order payment.
SHIPPING
JLäME ships worldwide.
Shipment fees are added at checkout depending the country you are odering from.
Please note that we are not responsible for additional taxes and/ or duties that might appear at the customs control. The expenses has to be covered by the customer himself. Any applicable fees will be due at delivery and are not collected by JLäME. JLäME decline all responsibility if the provided adress is not correct.
DELIVERY
When order is shipped, depending on the country estimated delivery is 3 to 10 business days. Each order is shipped with a tracking number and has to be signed at reception. When order is shipped out you will receive an email confirmation with tracking info. JLäME is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. JLäME is not responsible for any delay that may be caused by the delivery company.
RETURNS POLICY
I hope that you will love your item as much as I loved to make it for you.
Every order is made to order, which means that nothing is made if no order are placed. So I please you to prioritize a non return purchase.
You have the possibility to return your order within 7 days by emailing us at info@jlame.com
Item must be unworn and in their original conditions with all original tags and packaging intact.
We do not cover the shipment costs or customs charges for returning your order.
Once we received the returned item(s), you will receive a credit note equal to your returned product that you will be able to use in our online shop.
Shipping charges, customs, taxes and any fees are not refundable.
CUSTOM ORDER REQUEST
Each order is unique however if you would like an item to be in a shorter or longer version of a design already available on the website please contact us at info@jlame.com as soon as you placed your order or before placing your order.
If you want to share a specific idea for a custom order, please feel free to get in touch with us and we will discuss the possibilities to make your dream piece.

ORDER & PRICE
All orders are made to order after payment is made and accepted.
The prices of products are correct at the time of publication on our website.

We feel free to cancel any order for any technical issues, for example, not enough fabric
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship from Paris, where our design studio and atelier are based.
All orders are made to order and shipping may take 4-10 days depending on the chosen item, order demand at the time and which country you are ordering from. Shipping costs are not included in the item price and are calculated at check out. Shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Customer bear the risks of damage and loss once order has been dispatched by JLäME to the carrier. JLäME decline any responsibilities for any loss, damage or stolen packages as soon as your parcel has been given to the chosen carrier. Responsibility of the product is passed onto the customer with immediate effect as soon as the parcel left our atelier.
Every order can be tracked with tracking information sent by email after order is shipped out of our atelier. A signature is needed for reception.

Every item is made to order. Each item is produced with care and love in our atelier and is packed carefully in the same atelier. Orders leaving our atelier are damaged free and controlled.
JLäME is not responsible for any damaged product or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order please investigate with the carrier directly. If your order is damaged or you received the wrong item please contact us directly at info@jlame.com. JLäME is not responsible for any possible fees applied to your order. These costs must be covered by the customer at delivery.
RETURNS POLICY
All the returns must be authorized before sent back. A return sent back without our autorisation will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at his own costs.
All returns must be returned with a tracking number that has to be communicated to JLäME. The return cost has to be covered by the customer, as well as any customs taxes/fees.
Item must be unworn and in their original conditions with all original tags and packaging intact.
Once we received the returned item(s), you will receive a credit note equal to your returned product that you will be able to use in our online shop.

This privacy policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit or make a purchase from jläme.com.
The only data that we purchased are the one you provided us through the website or via email.

When you make your first purchase, you proceed to open an account and provide us with the information required in order to place your order and have it delivered. This inclued your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, phone number.
We consider this information is necessary for us to execute our services.
In doing so, you also allow JLäME to store some of this information in the JLäME customer database. Your credit card information is not stored by JLäME and is sent to a secure third party payment processor. JLäME may share certain financial and other information that you submit with third parties who provide services to the website. Said third parties proceed to credit reporting, payment or order fulfillment services, such as verifying your information, authenticating payments and processing orders.We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
We only use the information to :
-improve our website’s technical performance, improve our products and services.
-fulfill orders placed through the website, involving the processing of your payment information, shipping, providing you with the invoice per email, order and tracking confirmation, and eventually personal details for custom orders.
